Summary from GoodReads

It was supposed to be over…
Returning from Haven 18 was supposed to be the end. But nothing is ever easy—and in a world full of zombies, finding the missing is next to impossible. There are breadcrumbs. Tiny clues. But what are a few tiny clues in a world of the dead?
Nurrin is desperate to find her brother, but that will mean trusting Finn O’Malley. A man shrouded in secrets, who kills as easily as breathing. And the more she learns about him, the more questions she has. But she has learned one thing—the zombies are changing. Adapting. And this time, the Haven walls won’t keep them out.

REVIEW

In the breathtaking sequel of "The World without End" Finn and Nurrin must travel into more Havens in order to find Collin. But the zombies are evolving and the Havens will not be prepared for the new attacks. Whatsmore, Nurrin's feelings for Finn will be tested when his past will slowly be revealed.

With more mystery than action in this one, I don't believe that the book suffered from second-book-syndrome. Nazarea did a fine job keeping me on edge with the double POV of Finn and Nurrin along with introducing new characters and even more insiders of the minds of the people who live in this hellish future.

I couldn't truly rlate to Finn. He is such a closed character in everything to the point of being annoying. True, he is a badass with weapons and such but his blank mask he always projects caused the second cliffhanger I got to see in a series. Seriously, I don't know if I will survive to write the review on the third book!

Overall, with more zombies in the horizon, let's hope to see more of ction, love and hope!

About the author:

Nazarea Andrews is an avid reader and tends to write the stories she wants to read. She loves chocolate and coffee almost as much as she loves books, but not quite as much as she loves her kids. She lives in south Georgia with her husband, daughters, and overgrown dog.

I add all the books I read--I'm a little obsessive. I don't, however, rate or review all of them. I love talking about books, so feel free to say hi! :)
